Multicentric Technology Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the AG’s Report Information Graph (beta) is available online with effect from 1st November 2015. This system for monitoring the civil service and other public entities by making the Auditor-General’s Report more accessible, integrated and usable. The underlying objective of this is to promote transparency, accountability and good governance in the civil service and other public entities.
The Auditor-General is the auditor of about 3100 public entities. These entities are responsible for the government revenue collection and management of the annual expenditure of about RM260 billion. Each year only a small sample of the 3100 public entities is audited. Nevertheless, the AG’s Report contains a lot of information about the government machinery and its performance that is not available elsewhere. To make sense of the AG’s Report, we consider it necessary to integrate the recent annual AG’s reports so that users can view them as a whole rather than individually. The information is organized as an information graph, and this provides a highly flexible and powerful interface for the users to explore the AG’s report.
This website is a subscriber service. However, you can still see how the information in organized and explore the information graph viewing facilities. Non-subscribers are restricted from downloading the processed audit reports.
We are laying the groundwork for a better Malaysia and we ask for your support.
